Can I be fired if my employer found a camera disk with adult photos of me taken by my husband?

Yes. In Texas, you can be fired for any reason or for no reason.
The exceptions are: it's illegal if they fire you because you're Hispanic, or a Negro, or a Jew, or because you're old.
