Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
Foreclosure
Me and my husband had a resort or timeshare. We was never able to stay there each time we wanted to go they always said that we could not this year. However, the guy that sold it to us told us that we can use it when ever we wanted to and that we had day that we could use for a get away. All not true. I made a one time payment with one of my banks and then notice three months later this company was debting my account three times in one month for three months I sent them a letter advising them to stop and replace my funds. The never responed it the letter. Then six month later I was looking at my credit and notice that this timeshare was there as a foreclouser then they said I owed 16,000 for a 6000 timeshare that I never could use. What can I do I write them and They will not respond to me.
