Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
This girl is taken me to court for child support.. I sign the birthcertificate nt knowingif i was the father.. I did sleep with her at the she got pregnet.. she told me that i was the father so i belived her.. i also did a DNA test after the baby was not born and he was not mine.. He came out to be my bother.. she still want to get child support from me how can I take my name off and put a stop to all this??

This is not a "civil rights" case. It is more properly classified as a family law issue.
