Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
Ex Girlfriend
i have and ex girlfriend that moved out of my house as of dec of 2008. She owes me money and i have stuff at my house that she has failed to come get. She is now threatning to call the policy and press charges for not giving it to her eventhough she has not paid me my money. What are my rights and what can i do.

You need to give her property back, if she owes you money, that is a separate issue subject to court ruling in the future.
