Can i still buy a gun if ive been on differed judification for pocs over 10 years ago

If you have been convicted of a felony crime, you may not possess a firearm under federal law. The type of sentence and the lapse of time since that sentence do not matter. You are a 'prohibited person' and will remain such for the rest of your life.
