Harassement Snail Mail
I want to stop my husbands ex wife from sending harassing letters to my home. In the letters she harasses myself, my husband and my family. What are our legal rights and what can I state in a letter leagally tell her to stop this immediately?

Re: Harassement Snail Mail
Return her next letter to the Post Office. Do not open it. On the face of the envelope write "I consider the contents of this mail piece to be pornographic and obscene. Please do not deliver any more mail from this source." And sign your name. It will stop shortly. If you insist upon opening the next letter, then disregard this advice.
