hostile enviroment and harrassment

I work for a very well known wireless corp for almost year. Since January of this year, I overheard someone talking about the way I looked and walked like a certain gender. I brought this to my supervisors attn and he seemed sincere and thought he took care of the problem. however the next day he and two other supervisor and the dept manager was discussing my problem and laughing about it. Well it has continued til this day and I've become a joke of all laughs in the company. My supervisor has told certain individuals of what i've said to them and has spread like wildfire. Also this year I've been diagnosed for bipolar and brought this to my supervisor and managers attn and that has also been spread thru out the company as well on how crazy i am. Everyday is getting worse and worse and with my depression its becoming overwhelming to endure. I really like my job and what I do, and want to continue to grow with the company, however with the enviroment i'm in, there obviously trying to push me out. There is more things to add but this is the basis of how it all happened. Would appreciate your response. thanx

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission [EEOC] is the federal agency which handles problems such as yours - a hostile work environment complaint. Their number is in the blue pages of your phone book. Contact them and request an investigation. That usually brings the results desired. Good luck.
