Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas

My husband says I drink too much and I have in the past. He now says that if I don't do as he says plus never drink again or if he thinks I have, he will call the police and say I said I want to kill myself. He said then they would take me to a Psychiatric hospital and I would lose any rights in the future for a passport, to fly a plane, to drive a car etc. Is this true? If so, I have to walk on egg shells for the rest of my life wondering if they are coming to get me IF I make my husband mad.

Your husband is an idiot, a liar, and a bully. NOBODY can incarcerate you by simply making a phone call. Tell him I said so. And don't let him (or any other fool) push you around.
