Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas

Is it a illegal to put a copy of a federal civil rights lawsuit filed August 12,

Last Friday I filed a civil rights lawsuit in Federal court alleging civil rights violations by republican gubernatorial candidate Carole Strayhorn, among others. I filed it pro se, in forma pauperis and must first wait for the judge to rule on my in forma pauperis plea before I can proceed further. Can I put a copy of the lawsuit on a web page for media reps and other members of the general public to view, download and/or print? Or is information in a lawsuit privileged and not generally available to the public?

Legal pleadings, if not sealed, are available to the public. Whether or not those pleadings contain defamatory or slanderous/libelous statements are a different problem, but pleadings once filed with the clerk of court are public information.
