Illegal Removal of Trees
I am wondering what our legal rights are: Our neighbor cut down 4 - 30 year old + pecan trees that were located on our property because he was mad. We have pictures of the actual cutting. I am wondering if it is worth getting lawyer and suing them for damages.

Perhaps..call a tree company.or landscape company .you will be amazed at the value of existing trees for landscape..then call a lawyer..we would be happy to review the claim after you get a value of the trees..
