I need to know if there are an Civil Rights associated with sending out nude photographs of someone over the internet without there consent?

Doing so without permission would be an invasion of privacy and would be actionable. You should consult an attorney.

You may bring an action for invasion of privacy. Additionally, if this individual is still posting your photos on the internet you need to obtain a court order to prevent further publication. If you need additional help feel free to call my office at 210-340-5630.
