Is it considered an invasion of privacy if I place a video camera on the corner of my house to view my side yard and it also views the nabors yard? Am I invading their privacy as I video my yard for anythign suspicious?

Re: Invasion of privacy
Hello there,
No, that would not be considered an invasion of privacy as long as it is being used on your property for security purposes.
