On the job harrassment
Can I sue my place of employment if racially offensive music is played.

Probably not. It would depend on the nature and content of the music, management sanctioning of it even though it was patently offensive to a reasonable person and after repeated complaints, whether all types of music are permitted to be played, the purpose for which it is played, whether it is played by a co-worker or by the company itself, and several other factors.
