Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
judgment from florida to texas
I have a judgment against a person that moved to Texas. I would like to get my money by having the sheriff collect her horses for an auction. The horses are the only posessions this person has. I am sending an exemplified copy of the judgment to the court in Texas. What are my steps to take so that I can have the horses sold at auction?

You must get your judgment registered in TX; then you can commence execution in the usual manner.
