Is there a law about crossing state borders like from texas to oklahoma or anywhere in the us

It depends. One cannot legally cross state borders to commit certain illegal acts or to conduct illegal activities, but there are no restrictions otherwise. Some states, such as California, will not permit you to enter their state if you have fruits or vegetables.
