Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
At my lawyers advice I accepted a mediation deal in a civil case. We have a written supposed legal agreement that I was assured before signing was binding. The other party has broken the agreement 3 times. My lawyer says I can't do anything because I can't afford him to file on it. Is this legal ? I just got talked into a losing agreement only I have to follow.

It's not your lawyer's fault you cannot afford to enforce the agreement. Contracts are broken all the time, although they are binding. The binding effect only matters if you can and will enforce the terms. Do you expect your lawyer to pay out of pocket to enforce your contract? That will not happen.
