Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
I am in a lease contract with my boyfriend. Yesterday, I came home to find that he had stolen everything and moved out of the home. Can I legally sue him for the payment of the remainder of the lease contract?

Probably, depending on the terms of the lease. However, I wouldn't bother. You'd end up with a judgment that you wouldn't be able to enforce.
You probably should consider suing him for the stuff he stole from you.
