Life on a Golf Course
We bought a house that has a backyard facing a golf course. We have had golfers jump into our backyard to retrieve balls. Also, they use long retriever poles to take balls from our yard. When I have confronted the golfers, they basically say that is ''life on a golf course'' and that I have no right to complain.
My thought is that I am paying for this yard and whether their ball strays into my yard or not, they are still trespassing by stealing from my yard.

Put a sign on your yard "Do not trespass."
