A an Austin Drunk Driving Accident Attorney this question is out of my normal practice area, but I am confident in telling you that the answer will depend on how "egregious" (lawyer speak for: how severe) your actions were and possibly your intent behind your conduct.
You should consult with a lawyer for a more indepth analysis if you beleive you are contacted by a litigation law firm or other lawyers or if you face criminal charges.
Good Luck!
