Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
A male visiter stays for 10 days out of charity in a lady's apartment, pushes her and she looses her balance and grabs his shirt from his shoulder and happens to scratch him. She throws his clothes out of the apartment and he in return says he'll press charges against her. The police is called by the young lady and he leaves with all his belongings. He later sends a voice mail insisting that there is a warrant for the lady's arrest and to turn herself in instead. This man has a drug problem and the young lady has a clean record.

I wouldn't believe his story about a warrant being issued for your arrest. He's most likely just trying to scare you. If you're really concerned about this guy, go to court and get a Restraining Order to keep him away from you.
