A married woman sent a picture to my boyfriend with her breasts exposed with no face in an email. Where am I allowed to post this picture legally? Am I allowed to attach her name?

As an Austin Attorney at a Law Firm in Austin Texas my suggestion is to not do something if you feel like you have to ask if you might get in trouble for it.
If is possible to be sued in civil court (even if you are in the right) and you will be stuck with the cost of attorney's fees.
Additionaly, under some circumstances you may face criminal charges. For example: if the woman is younger than 18 years old.
If you insist on positing the picture, then you should consult with a lawyer to consider all of your options.
Good Luck!
