Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas

i recently got in trouble with the school because my roomate gave me his parking pass because he is on rotations around the city. i used the pass for a few months until one day the car was booted. i paid the fine and was forced to return both his good parking pass and my freshman one. now i am in a real boat because there is no parking around campus other than the schools and i have been banned from parking there for a year. i cannot attend class anymore and my grades are suffering. i have had no previous tickets and was never given a warning that this is how things would end up. i am wondering if there is anything i can do to get my life back? i just want to go to school and learn about being doctor.
