asking someone to move out of your house
I own a mobile home and I temperarly let someone stay there because they had nowhere to go. I have asked the person to move out and he refuses to move out. What do I do?

file eviction with local justice of the peace..they will give you the forms..and give tenant written notice to move in three days NOW..
