One of my neighbor has made false statements abot me to my boss in hopes to getting me fire. What can I do?

You can sue him for slander. Write him a letter first and demand that he stop telling lies about you. This is a PAPER LETTER, not a phone call or email. Put a date on the letter. Keep a copy.
