my neighbor is a police officer and he was cleaning his gun and fired a shot through my den,living room, and bedroom walls. What are my rights?

You can sue him for recklessly endangering you, and for damage to your house. You should probably also report him to his superiors; they probably have rules about their cops shooting guns inside houses.
