Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
Omline Sales
I currently sell items on eBay and a
buyer contacted me to make a deal
about him purchasing my pdas that
i sell and then him turning around
and selling them to his school. i
agreed but no my profit margin
from me selling to him is about $80-
$120 less than me just auctioning
them off myself. now he is saying
that he is going to sue me for
breach of contract. Can he actually
do that? i agreed to sell them to
him but we never really made any
form of agreement as far as how
long i would do it or what happens
when i decide to stop selling on
eBay, etc.

Re: Omline Sales
if there is an agreement between you and the other person and you have breached the contract then he could sue you but he has to prove that there is a contract may be in writting or oral its his libility to prove that thing before the eye of law
