Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
Past on job injury:
my fiance had a piece of medal to shoot through his arm while doing a job. the company had him to go to their doctor and see another doctor and when they were told they were going to do surgery they pulled out and he never got the medal out of his arm. this happen in may of 2006 and now he is having alot of problems and he has gone to the doctor and they have told him he needs to have that out. he is no longer working for that same company. does he have a case that he could win against this company?

if the company had work comp insurance, yes but if not ...NO...a lawsuit for injury has to be filed within 2 years..
