Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
Plaintiff's First Amended Petition,Jury Demand and Request for Disclosure
In 2006 my son was visiting me,his dog and a neighbor dog had a fight,after all this time the neighbor has filed a lawsuit.It ask's me to answer within 20 days.. What does that mean.. And shouldnt she be seeking my adult son instead?

Turn the lawsuit over to your homeowner's insurance...as the owner of your house, you may be responsible for pets of visitors
