Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
What are potential legal ramifications I can expect if I would send emails to the donors and benefactors of a local Dallas homeless shelter to inform everyone about
1.) a $500,000 retirement payment to an outgoing executive director, a priest
2.) a $20,000 debt forgiven to the new director of services by an organization that was provided access to the shelters clients in return
3.) violations of the labor law
and many more issues I believe supporters of that shelter should be aware off?
I was a client and later an employee at that shelter. I would seek legal action against the shelter but am financially not able.

If you tell the truth, it isn't slander.
You don't have any liability unless you're disclosing state secrets. It sounds to me as if that's not the case.
