Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
Is a probationer entitled to see their urinalysis results? I have had hair follicle testing and additional urinalysis performed within right after the probation departments drug screening. My original probation officer said I my test was confirmed negative while a new probation officer said I was confirmed positive. I don't understand the inconsistency and want to see their results as the two additional test show a confirmed negative result.

If you get filed on to revoke your probation, your lawyer will be able to see the reports and share them with you. If there is an issue, then I suggest in the future when you take a test at probation, you go straight to a private drug testing lab and get a private test done.
You should not have a concern if you are not using.
