Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas

I currently work for a company as a network technician. In the last 3 years I have applied for over 30 jobs and have had only one interview and no other coorespondence whatsoever by the hiring agent although all I have been more than or equally qualified. I have a BS in Project Management, AA in Electronics and Telecommunications, and worked on Presidential communications in the Air Force. I have been passed up for multiple positions in the company and my own group by lesser qualified individuals. My current manager, prior supervisor, tried to fire me three times in the past and all were dismissed by HR or hire management. I believe this is blatant. The process with this company is that you can apply for the position, but there must be a notification and transfer paperwork signed by the supervisor before you can be considered. Also, the hiring individual must contact your supervisor before calling you in for an interview. This is a setup for supervisors that want to sabotage a persons career and I believe this is the case in my situation. What can I do? What should I do? Do I have a case? Should I contact a lawyer for this situation? By the way HR has already been made aware and have done nothing.

Unless you can prove that any of this is because you are a member of a protected class (black, woman, disabled, age, etc.) it appears you have no case.
