Mi boyfriens for 7 year was send to federal jail for a year and after that he is going to be reporet to his contry.We live together for 7 years and he left me with many big bills.He left a mersedes car and his and my name with his mother is that car mine? All his thing he left in my house are it mine?The mother and sister want to take all and they do not want to give me the car'stitulo.They came to my home to insult me.HELP!

if the car is on your name then they cannot dispossess you its your property and if all the belongings kept with you have been given to you with consent then they are also yours. and you can report to police for their insult and may file civil suit for defamation for insulting. But if the car is not in your name and you have not got consent of your boy friend for keeping them then you have to return them but they cannot dispossess you illegally they have to adopt legal methods.
