Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
I have a question I took an online payday loan and I can not pay it back I intent to make payments eventually but for now can I go to jail or anything similar, [ i never sent a check or anything similar] also \w a lawfirm is calling me saying that the cops are on their way to arrest me and he has a heavy hindi accent

You can't be arrested in Texas for failure to pay a debt.
The person who threatened you with arrest is violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Ask him his name and address. If he won't tell you, hang up on him.
