Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas

Question in response to anser from Donald McLeaish

Re: Question - PLEASE Help this is urgent

So she is still threating to take us to court and I guess is trying to get us to say in writing or text that we are refusing to pay half the vet bill. Should we ignore her and not respond to her. I told her that is she was threating court that we were done with any and all discussions. I am not sure if she is bluffing trying to scare us into paying the half or if she is trying to get it in writing for her lawyer. Please help me with this situation. She is driving us crazy she texted me all day yesterday while I was at work and then once I got home and now she has started agin with the questions about us paying or not paying and what our dog is and personal stuff. PLEASE ADVISE
