Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
RE: Question - PLEASE Help this is urgent
you replied to my email regarding the dog case were she had her dog in our yard with out a leash.
I just want to clarify, so you think she wont take it to court (we thought the same thing that she was just trying to scare us into doing what she wanted) and if she does that we will most likely win and not have to pay anything. I just want to make sure we do the right thing. We know our dog messed up to but had she not been in our yard the dogs would not have tried to get out.

Hello there,
You are asking for specific legal advice.
You should consult with an attorney in your area that knows the prosecutors and how best your case should be handled.
