Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
I just have a quick question;
My mother bought a land from my grandfather in Mexico. They took care of all the paper work the right and legal way. Now my uncle is saying that he will take legal action against my mother here in United States and in Mexico because the land belongs to him. But before my mother bought the land she made sure that there were no documents that said that the land belonged to him. According to my grandfather, my uncle has no right to claim the land because he never gave my uncle the rights. Now my question is; can my uncle take legal actions against my mother here in the United States?
