Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
I received a mailing recently concerning a law-suit against Wal-Mart and the working conditions there. All of these working conditions did occur while I was working there..and ultimately that was the reason I resigned. I wasn't sure anything could be done about the conditions while I was working there though.
The maximum cap in the mailing is around $150 depending on the number of plaintiffs that respond. Should I pursue this on my own or send in the form I received?

send in the form..it is not economical for any lawyer to take case for one claimant...and the lawyer on this case must be spending tens of thousands..
