reckless driving
Can I get arrested for wreckless driving at the time of the issue? They didn't give me a ticket, they put me in jail.

Re: reckless driving
Yes, the police do have the discretion to make an arrest for reckless driving. They can give a citation for this offense if they want to but sometimes they want to arrest the individual to show their authority and make an impression of the individual driving recklessly.
