Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
I was released from an organisation a couple of weeks ago. When asked why I was being released I was told that I wasn't the they would lose mutual aid help from another organisation.. their is a mutual aid contract between the departments.. what can be done about it..

If you were not fired for illegally discriminatory reasons and you are not under contract, there isn't anything you can do but possibly file for unemployment. Texas is an at-will employment state meaning that you have no right to the job.
