Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
Removal from paying IRS
I have heard from several sources that there is actually no legality that requires the American working citizen to pay income taxes. Can you direct me to a site that would clarify this for me?

There is a name in the law for tax protestors who believe they are not legally required to pay federal income taxes, and don't. We call them convicts.
