Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
Is this retaliation, harrasment, discrimination
Approx 2 years ago I had an affair with someone. I am employed by an oilfield downhole company. My company does a lot of work for the company that her husband is the safety coordinator for. My job requires that I go to these leases. He recently told me and my supervisor that I would no longer be allowed onto theses premises. He has admitted that this is because of personal issues and retaliation due to the affair with his wife. Do I have a lawsuit against him and his company?
