rights as a INC
Can aI justice court issue a judgement against us personally if the dispute is between a consumer and our pool company which is cororation. They are including our personal names in the papers or docket and we need to understand our rights and how to protect our personal assets. We have been doing business under a corporation. the contract being disputed is between or corpor and a client not in our personal names

Justice Courts frequently do not follow legal procedures, the rules are different and many are not lawyers. You should contact a lawyer and plan on appeal to County Court.
