Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
If you send someone money, then later find out that they have been using fake pictures and a fake name while talking to you, is there anything you can do?

Did the fake name and fake pictures somehow induce you to give him the money? That could be fraud.
Otherwise, your remedy is: stop giving money to strangers.
