I am being tormented at work from a fellow employee and this person is making false accusations and is harassing me. What steps do I need to sue my place of employment. My superior's are not taking this matter into hands.

If you have not already reported the problem to management, you should. Consult your employee handbook on the process of reporting such problems. Carefully document every step you take. Remember, generally speaking, your case is only as good as your evidence. If no progress is made, consult an attorney. If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact me.
