Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas

small claims case on 6-27-04

Was attacked and assulated on job by another employee.Boss fought workman's comp and lost.Received benifits,minus attorney fees.Can I hold the individual who attacked me responsible for workman's comp attorney fee's.

fellow employees are also protected by workers compensation bar...BUT if you were attacked intentionally..you could have a claim..in small claims for no more than $5000....
