Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
My son has a house with the bills in his name, some friends needed a place to live and basically all my son charged them for was 2/3 of the bills. well now they moved out then told him they moved and still owes the entire bills for the month of Dec, my son didnt stay there in Dec, what can i do ?

Why would you do anything? Sounds like your son has a problem. He can sue them in small claims court.
