Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
STD paid by state?
Can you get paid STD from the state of Texas? I am already accepted into an FMLA with my job but I had suregery in January and did not realize I would be giving birth in November of teh same year. They have taken the time i missed from my shoulder away from my maternity leave.

We represent many claimants for insurance,work comp, social security etc..but what are you talking about??
