Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
Can I sue my mechanic for charging me $1200.00 for a part and then my car had to be towed back to him after me only having the car for 24 hours. Now he is charging $850.00 again to repair the part I originally paid him $1200.00 for.

Yes, you can sue him for fraud and breach of contract.
Send him a demand letter first. Give him ten days. Then sue him.
