Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas

Texas feud

I teach children horsemanship and have a trick riding team. My neighbor claims her dogs can run free because it's country. The dogs have attacked horses, even with children riding. Her dogs have killed cats on my property. Her hog runs free also and has taken several horses down. I have told her I will have to start shooting if the problem remains. They is endangering children damaging property and killing animals. Her dogs attack us as we leave our house or go out for mail. Once in a while ''someone'' cuts my fence and releases my horses. We make every effort to contain them quickly. She claims that she will start shooting them if we take any action against her animals. This would affect my income and postpone any upcomming shows with the trick riding team. What rights have I and what action is legal for her? I would never hurt an animal unless it is injuring an animal or attacking me
