truancy

after my son brayden was born i was suppost to go back to school well it was that i refused to go for just any reason at the time i had just had my son and his father would not get a job and he also was on drugs really bad so i did not want to leave him with him so i had no baby sitter i beg the jugde to give me a little time so i could figure out something to do and he made me sign a paper stating that if i was not in school he was going to issue a warrent out for my aresst so i had no choice really

You must have many facts to tell a lawyer or counsellor to help you face this problem. It is not a simple legal question. Hope you find help...or if in Dallas, call the Legal Aid society
